What does it take to work with CB2?

We look for people who are enthusiastic, solution oriented, driven, and open to being hands on with our new ideas and opportunities. We are looking for team members who are willing to put in the effort to achieve their own goals as well as help the company grow with the high aspirations we have.

Does your structure allow advancement?

We offer great opportunities for career advancement through promoting within the company. Each team member has earned their growth based on their individual performance. We offer plenty of training to help each individual grow and progress at a rate which is suitable for them. By investing in our own team members, we can assure that our clients are being represented with proper portrayal.

How do we gain our customers?

Our customers are gained through face to face consultations. Our mission is to build a comfort level through conversation and personal connection with the customer to create longevity with the client and to educate them about the services in which they have inquired about.

Why direct marketing?

We choose to meet directly with our customers and clients in order to establish a personal touch. Opposing marketing tactics of the indirect approach are geared toward brand recognition, versus customer acquisition and true education. Directly marketing to a target market allows our clients to put a face to a name, creating more value for Fortune 100 and 500 companies, along with charitable organizations.

We are looking for individuals who are driven, goal oriented, have a desire to learn, and an overall entrepreneurial mindset. Our training program allows for our future managers to reach their goals within months, simply based upon their individual’s performance.

Absolutely! Our clients have a list of opportunities where they are looking for us to expand throughout the Midwest, South East, and Canada by the end of 2021.
